Returns Policy
Snow White products are dental grade containing the highest legal strength in Australia however results will vary greatly from person to person - depending on the product used, the cause of stains, condition of teeth, length of use and whether you follow the instructions provided. It may take multiple applications to remove tough stains. Snow White are not able to refund purchases unless the product is defective.
Snow White will offer a refund for defective items , but only within 3 days of receiving the defective items. The refund will only be processed if all items are returned in their original state including all packaging material, manuals and accessories. This includes mouth trays, once submerged in water no refunds will apply. No refunds will apply to partially returned items.

The cost of returning the items is the responsibility of the customer, the refund will be limited to the cost of the item being returned via regular post not express.
