To ensure product quality all products are sent fresh, unused and unopened. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be sent the SAME business day. All orders will be sent via Australia Post and will have the options of:

- Australia Post Express $10.00: 1-2 Business Days*

Duty & VAT
In the event that an international shipment attracts duties, import/export charges, or other fees you are required to pay all outstanding charges to receive. These charges are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by Snow White Teeth.
If you fail to pay the required fees, duties, taxes or assessments and the items are returned to us, we will provide you with a refund for the returned products minus the return delivery costs.
